Typical Positions include School Presidents, Directors and Corporate Level PositionsSchool Presidents/ Directors

Opportunities for these senior level managers are available with schools as small as 250 students to campuses with populations of more than 2,000. Sometimes, a smaller school can be a wonderful opportunity for an individual that is looking to make the transition into school management. Larger campuses can provide a seasoned school director with the chance to highlight his/her skills or abilities. Most larger school sites expect that school directors will have an advanced degree and a wide breadth of knowledge about admissions, education, financial aid, career services, profit and loss, etc. Schools also vary in the programs that they offer. Some institutions are specializing in certificate and diploma programs while others are catering to students looking for undergraduate and even graduate level degrees.

 

Corporate level positions

Senior executives with a strong multi-site background in career education will be interested in the corporate level positions that we have to offer. Open positions range from Corporate Directors of Financial Aid, Education, admissions, compliance, etc. as well as RVPs, COOs and CEOs. The majority of these opportunities require an advanced degree and over 5-10 years of experience.

 

Directors of Admissions

Opportunities for strong admissions directors are normally available through our firm. Many positions require a degree and at least three years of experience as a DOA. An appropriate candidate will have strong references, a stable work history and a solid understanding of the admissions process. Admissions and marketing management experience in high school, adult, international, internet and call center can all be advantageous when looking for a position.

Typical Positions also include Mid-Level Management Positions.

Directors of Education

This is a mid-level management position that typically reports to the school director. The Director of Education or Dean should have expertise in curriculum and program development, faculty training and oversight, student relations, etc. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience in a DOE or Dean position for the majority of these opportunities. Degree granting institutions are usually looking for candidates with an advanced degree although some schools are willing to consider candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.



Directors of Financial Aid

The DFA must have a working knowledge of title four compliance, processing of aid applications, cash flow management and experience managing a staff of financial aid counselors. A degree is often required.
